Representatives from the US Federal Benefits Unit (Social Security) came to La Paz and held two town hall meetings at Marina de La Paz. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.  They said they are here to serve retirees with respect and dignity. Watch for the September 4th edition of the Baja Citizen for an in-depth article about what they do and how they can serve you.

1. To apply for benefits 2. Apply for a social security card.  3. Help with a railroad, government or VA pension or  4.Need a burial flag for a US Veteran.

US Consular office in Cabo San Lucas:

They will be moving to the Shops at Palmira within the next thirty days. They hope to keep the same number:
