The third phase starts at the end of the new BMX Park to the beach of El Caimancito, just past Hotel La Concha.  The renovation includes the refinishing of the sidewalk as in phase one and two, installation of garbage bins and benches, landscaping, exercise equipment as well as a few covered rest areas along the way.
